Strada is a workplace tool. This policy says plainly what the app collects, where it goes, and what it never touches.
Who runs the app
The Strada app is operated by Mithril ("we") for Strada, Dubai. It is an internal tool for Strada's own agents and managers: you sign in with your Strada work account, and your employer decides who gets access. If you do not work at Strada, the app has nothing for you and collects nothing from you.
How you sign in
Sign-in is by a one time code sent to your work email, or with your Google work account. There is no password to lose. Accounts are not open to the public: an email can only sign in if it already belongs to someone in Strada's own records, so your access starts and ends with your employer. Manager accounts must also use an authenticator app.
What the app collects from you
- Your work account. Name, work email, and the profile photo you choose to set.
- Voice notes. The app uses the microphone only while you are recording a note. The recording is sent to our transcription provider, turned into text, and is not stored by us. What you choose to keep from the note is what gets saved to the lead's record.
- Photos you pick. The photo picker opens only when you set a profile photo or attach a screenshot to feedback. The app never scans your library and never opens the camera itself. Both are held in our own file storage and served from an unlisted web address.
- Feedback. What you write, with your name and work email so a person can reply, plus technical details of the device you sent it from (browser, screen size, network type, timezone) so the problem can be reproduced.
- AI conversations. Your threads with Guida are stored so you can return to them. Removing a thread hides it from your list; the record itself is kept.
- Sign-in and session records. For each device you sign in from we keep the network address, country, browser and time, so that you and your administrators can see active sessions and sign a lost device out.
What the app never collects
No location. No contacts. No camera stream. No call recording. No reading of your messages. WhatsApp and phone calls open in their own apps, and Strada only opens them. There are no advertising identifiers, no ad networks and no product analytics trackers in the app.
The CRM data the app works on
Most of what you see in the app (leads, buyers, owners, listings and their history) is Strada's CRM data, held in Strada's Salesforce and processed here on Strada's behalf. Strada controls that data; the app is the tool it is worked with. Activity you log against it (calls made, notes filed, deals progressed) is part of that record and is visible to Strada's management, as it is in any CRM.
AI processing
The app's intelligence runs on external AI providers, used only to produce the answer in front of you. Voice recordings are transcribed by OpenAI. Claude models from Anthropic power Guida, read a voice note back to draft the update, write the lead briefings and summarise the floor for managers. To do that, the lead details those features need, which can include a client's name, phone number, email and budget, are sent with the request. This runs through the providers' business APIs to answer that one request, and it is not used to advertise to anyone.
Who else touches the data
The services the app is built on: Google Cloud (the servers, the database and file storage, in Europe), Vercel (serves the app itself), Salesforce (Strada's CRM), OpenAI and Anthropic (the AI processing above), Google (work sign-in), SendGrid (the sign-in code emails), hCaptcha (the bot check at sign-in), Sentry (error reports, which identify you only by an account number) and CARTO (the map tiles, so your network address reaches them when a map draws). We do not sell data to anyone, and nothing is shared beyond what these services need to run the app.
Retention and deletion
What you file through the app is part of the company record and is kept while you work at Strada. Be straight about the rest: nothing is deleted on a timer, and there is no button inside the app that erases your whole account. Signing out ends that session and clears the app's copy of your data from the device. To have your account, a note or a file removed, ask your administrator or write to support@ludus.inc, and a person will do it.
